At lilylandstore.com, all products are made on demand specifically for each order.
For this reason, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Exceptions
Refunds are only possible if:

You receive the wrong item.
In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@lilylandstore.com, and include photos of the product so we can review your claim. If approved, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.
