1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping time depends on your location, but most US orders arrive within 5–10 business days.

2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping times may vary depending on location and customs clearance.

3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition. Please note: because we use a print-on-demand service (Printful), returns for incorrect sizes or buyer’s remorse may be subject to restocking fees.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin fulfilling orders quickly, so if you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

6. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re so sorry! Please contact us immediately at lilyland993@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll send a replacement at no cost.

7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

8. Where are your products made?
We partner with Printful, which has fulfillment centers in the US and around the world. Your order will be shipped from the location closest to you to ensure faster delivery.
